Aspen Homes has a very unique system put in place in order to build homes effortlessly from the planning phase to the end of the warranty period. We are aware of how stressful building a new home can be; therefore, our goal at Aspen Homes is to make building a new home and enjoyable and easy process. We have a system that allows you to seamlessly transition into our effortless process. This process allows Aspen Homes, the customer, and the trade Partners to have an unbroken line of communication so that the process can run smoothly.
Aspen Homes LLC specializes in homes priced from the upper $100,000's to the upper $500,000's.
Ryan Windmiller, owner of Aspen Homes LLC, has over fourteen years experience in the home building industry working for Windmiller Design & Development Co. and Aspen Homes LLC.
Ryan Windmiller, owner, has 16 years of experience and has served as a member of "Builder 20 Club #43: The Keystones", a National Association of Home Builders program comprised of 20 builders from across the country that exchange ideas and innovations related to the custom home market. He is currently on the board of directors at the Quad City Homebuilders Association and became a National Home Builders Association Certified Green Builder in 2007.
Ryan is a graduate of Iowa State University and a native of the Quad Cities.
Ryan Windmiller, owner, has served as a member of "Builder 20 Club #43: The Keystones", a National Association of Home Builders program comprised of 20 builders from across the country that exchange ideas and innovations related to the custom home market.
Ryan is working towards completing his master builder certification.

- QuickBooks Contractors Edition, a state of the art job costing and
accounting program designed for custom builders. - Soft Plan - Design software
- Microsoft Office Project, a state of the art scheduling software designed for custom builders.
- CBMS, a systematic approach to becoming more organized and professional custom builder.
